When you are
stuck with an emotional wound, the first step is to understand the nature of
the occurrence of the whole situation. Whatever situation you may be facing is
not outside the laws of nature or spiritual or even religious laws if you are a
believer.
One thing that
the laws of nature (from a Quantum Physics point of view) tell us is that every
situation is a manifestation resulting from a certain vibration frequency. Now
for that manifestation to attach itself to you, there must be a certain feeling
or thought within YOU, whose vibration happens to match that event’s vibration
frequency. And I know you may think, “But I was perfectly fine before this
horrible situation happened to me”. I assure you that may be totally not true.
And if you think, “why does this always happen to me?”
Suppose someone
hurt you, emotionally or physically and you still remember and feel the pain,
and you want to heal. You can heal by integrating the knowledge of how the
vibration frequency by programming your subconscious mind to channel the
healing energy through the use of words and thought. I give you a tool that I
personally find very effective in healing my emotional wounds and enhance my
relationships in many situations. I am giving you two different versions of
these short affirmations for you to use in healing yourself, then I will tell
you exactly how and why they are effective.
How to use these healing affirmations;
- Use the Healing Affirmation One if you consider yourself a religious or spiritual person. Please note that your beliefs are very important here. If you do not consider yourself a spiritual or religious person, then I suggest you use Healing Affirmation Version Two.
2. Use the exact name of the person who hurt you
instead of “so and so”.
3. The phrase I AM is very important, so do not
leave it out.
4. Repeat the affirmations as many times as
possible. Depending on how deep your emotional wound is, you may start getting
some uneasy feeling, like the pain is coming back. When you feel like this,
keep going until you start feeling better. You will start seeing some kind of
progress, I assure you. Stop when you feel like you want to stop. You can do
this for seven consecutive days or
less depending on the speed at which you are recovering. After the seven days,
you can repeat the affirmations as many times as possible, each time the
person’s memory comes back to your mind (if it is still a negative memory).
5. Do not mention a word about the specific action
they did to hurt you, just focus on their healing and emphasize your will to
want them healed. I know some feeling may come to your head that the person who
hurt you does not deserve to heal, but I urge you to dismiss that feeling and
focus on wanting them to heal. Think of it as, the world does not need the
negative energy created by that person hurting you, so you want them to heal.
6. You can recite the affirmations as you are
sitting down, relaxed and focused, it works faster this way. But you can also
recite them whenever you are doing something that does not need a lot of your
focus, or as need arises. It works either way, but focusing and paying all your
attention makes it work faster.
You will know when YOUR healing has been effected. You will notice
that each time you mention the name of the person who hurt you; the pain they
caused you is simply getting less and less until all is gone. And if you really
want to get rid of all the pain in your life, I advise you to get a journal and
write down the name of each person that ever hurt you or continuously hurts
you, then say the affirmations as many times as possible, for seven (or less)
consecutive days for each name (depending on the depth of your emotional
wound).
If you keep up this practice
you will find yourself healed, happy and (if you lead a more positive life) attracting
wonderful new relationships while renewing some old ones (those that can still
serve you positively). If you want to raise
your vibration and attract abundance in your life, the first step is
