HOW TO HEAL FROM GUILT

In order for one to raise their vibration frequency, we must all first transcend all our low vibration feelings and emotions such as pain, grief, guilt, shame, anger, pride, apathy and desire. This can be done through effective process of healing, that includes reprogramming our subconscious minds with positive thoughts and taking advantage of the universal law of attraction to bring ourselves and others the healing energy we all need.
Guilt is a feeling or emotion of having compromised or violated a moral standard and thus bearing a heavy burden in one’s heart for that violation. It makes one blame themselves while heading to a self destruction process of perceiving oneself as evil. And once this happens, the universe sends back events with vibration to match that of destruction. This is why some people think that they are cursed because of something they did in the past. But the reality is that, it is their unwillingness to heal and let go of that guilt, that really hurts them the most.
More often people feel that they can never let go of the guilt feeling, and go with an attitude like, “what’s done is done, I can never change it”. All the while never realizing that what’s done is that the guilt sticking deep roots within their subconscious, attracting more negative events their way by the help of the universe.
Therefore, it is important to heal from guilt not only because you want to stop the bad feeling to go away gracefully, but to prevent similar negative situations to keep following you in your life.
The first step towards healing from grief is to own your mistakes, do not make up excuses for them or blame it on anyone else. The second thing to do is make sure you understand the lesson learned from those mistakes. Remember that every experience has a positive lesson that is aimed at making you grow or improve somehow. Then you can go ahead and apologize to someone you had hurt because of what you did or make up for what you did somehow. But if this is not possible for you to do, then just send healing energy towards that person.
Sending healing energy is very important whether or not you’ve apologized to the person you hurt. This is because it will heal you as well, while leaving in your subconscious only a memory to positively serve as a lesson rather than guilt or pain. This will protect you from running into similar situations over and over again in life. The more important thing is to forgive yourself for all that you feel you did wrong.
